Health and safety is of the utmost importance at Camp Couchiching.  In addition to having a Registered Nurse on site throughout the entire summer, Cooch also staffs our Health Centre with respitory therapists for the majority of the season.  In addition, all camp staff must have First Aid and CPR training as a minimum standard.  In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have an Ambulanced port located  five minutes away, and full service hospital only fifteen minutes away.  Help is always very close to home.
