Getting HereSchool/Education Groups
The majority of groups coming to our Outdoor Centre are school groups in the Spring and Fall. Teachers work with our camp staff to arrange an awesome Outdoor Education experience.
Camp Couchiching fosters an inclusive environment that supports our campers while challenging them to take productive risks and to try new things. Our outdoor centre invests in the individual experience of every camper. This investment is our starting point and the foundation that our community is built on.
Most of our schools come back to our Outdoor Centre year after year. We typically get new schools when teachers or administrators move to new schools.
We are happy to work with the Risk Management specialists at your Board to ensure your trip meets your administration and superintendent's expectations.
