Please note there is no discount for less than 5 campers. Campers above the group of 5 are $17/person to a max of 8. All campers aged 4 and older count in the charge. To keep space on site and for our programming to remain adult centred, we have a limit of 2 adults participating with the group at any one time.
We would love to share our facility and programming with your learning groups/pods this Fall. We have 3 program blocks with a maximum of 15 guests on site plus our staff. With over 20 acres of space, and a facility that can host up to 300 people, there is lots of space to spread out!
The Camp has a composting toilet and hand sanitizer near the programming and within a short walk, there are flush toilets.
This new program has curriculum based structured programming for half the time then an opportunity to enjoy our facility through self-exploration the other half. Campers (what we call participants) arrive with others from their learning pod and we provide a staff member for that group.
A quick health assessment is done upon arrival followed by an orientation and quick tour. Your group follows your procedures for safety which may or may not include masking indoors. 95% of the time will be spent out doors. Our staff will remain socially distanced while leading programming and our initial welcoming/screener will be fully decked out in PPE when we first meet.
During "hands on" programming like crafts, campers will have individual program kits to avoid cross touching as much as possible.
Parents/adults are welcome to "choose their own level of programming"! They can jump in with their learning pod, they can remain on our property and we'll provide wifi in an outdoors' setting or they can drop off their group and take some personal time. Also, you can do a bit of each of these options! We're flexible. We do ask that there aren't more than 2 adults per group of campers in our programming or at our facility at once to maintain social distancing. If a camper is less than 4 years of age, a parent must remain near the group.
During the free play time block, we encourage groups to play in the many areas of camp. Typically during free play, campers like to throw rocks in the lake or make forts in the woods. If you wish your group to use our basketball court, soccer nets or volleyball court, please bring your own sports equipment. Campers can bring their bikes and helmets to ride on our paths if they wish to.
