UPDATES FROM CAMP

January 2026

• It's our 80th Anniversary Year!

• Overnight Camp is filling up fast!

• Day Camp Applications are opening up exclusively for families who attended in 2025 starting on January 28 (watch your emails). Day Camp will open to the public on Feb 3.

November 2025

• Applications for 1-week and LDP programs opening very soon!

October 2025

• Rates are going up on October 22, 2025.

• Applications for 2, 3 & 4-weeks camper programs in our overnight sessions are now open AT our 2025 rates for our 2026 season! This is a limited time offer. Apply now- click here!

• Applications for other overnight camp program will be open in November.

September 2025

• Planning is underway for our 80th anniversary year. Please watch emails and social media posts for updates!

• Want to join the fun?! Overnight Camp should have some details updated in the end of October and applications open after that. We're aiming to have Summer and March Break Day Camps open in the end of January. Family Camp Applications should open in February or March. Applications for PA Days will open up in November or December.

July & August 2025

• Thanks for all the great fun we had with your kiddos at our Overnight & Day Camps plus campers of all ages at Family Camp!

• We're wrapping up our 2025 season administration and will start working on plans for 2026, our 80th year!

June 2025

• Overnight Camp's Pre Arrival Wellness Screening Tool- can be found here. This will be emailed directly to families 5-7 days prior to your arrival.

• Managing measles at Camp details have been sent to overnight camp families and day camp families via email.

• Overnight Camp families have been emailed their Family Information Package for 2025. It can also be found on this website in multiple spots. It is your driving directions, packing lists, arrival/departure times, how to email your camper. Just so it's easy to find, please click here. Please note that our Overnight Camp Family Info Package is different than our Day Camp Family Info Package.

May 2025

• We're continuing to open up more spots in day camp as people cancel. 

• There is a new overnight stay "add on" coming for families who have a day camp registered for the week of August 18- stay tuned! We'll send an email

• There are a few spots left in overnight camp so sign up soon if you're interested.

• The pay in full date for overnight camp is May 14 and for day camp is May 28.

April 2025

• 2025 Camp Clothing is now available. Order through our database by clicking the circle above or any "apply now" button on our website. Here is a link to the photos and size charts- click here please!

• Overnight Camp Families- please be ready to update health forms, order some camp clothing and get final details from Camp in mid-May. We are waiting to hear the public health updates as to how they will be handling health situations concerning measles before we send out our data.

• Summer Day Camp Families- please be ready to update health forms, order some camp clothing and get final details from Camp in late May.

• Summer Day Camps are full! We expanded them 3 times and all the spots were "gobbled up" very quickly. Thank you so much!

March 2025

• Our 12-day overnight camp program is filling in wonderfully! Thanks!

• We expanded age ranges for Session One A & Three A (one-week camp sessions)!

• Welcome Ryan Cogill, our new Assistant Camp Director!

• Thanks for all the March Break Day Camp fun! It was great to have kiddos around Camp again.

• Summer Day Camp has some expanded spots in some weeks.

February 2025

• Summer Day Camp is a hot item right now. We've almost sold out in our first week.

• Angie, Maria and Jen head to the Ontario Camps Association Conference in the middle of the month. 

• Jen is going to be awarded the Dorothy Walter Award of Excellence from the Ontario Camps Association at the conference banquet. She joins a wonderful group of 35 other people who have received this award over the past 35 years. Jen is only one of three  people to be given this award in both industries of Camping and Outdoor Education.

January 2025

• January 16 is the deadline for LDP applications to be considered in our first round of consideration.

• Session Two in overnight Camp is filling up quickly! Get your applications in for that session if you're thinking about it!

• PA Days and March Break Camp are opening up for applications around January 10

• Summer Day Camp details are getting posted with those applications opening at the end of the month. Check out the new leadership development program for older youth that we're offering with Day Camp this year!

• We're going to offer various lengths of sessions of Family Camp over two weeks at the end of August! Watch here for a link to the new webpage for details and application. We hope to have it open in Feb.
